  • Elevated to interim head coach on September 25, 2016, bringing immediate energy and enthusiasm to the Tigers.
  • Joined the LSU staff in January of 2015, after a four year stop at Southern California
  • Considered one of the premier defensive line coaches and recruiters in college football
  • Member of 4 national championship teams
  • Coached 8 All-Americans, including NFL first rounders Cortez Kennedy, Russell Maryland and Warren Sapp while at Miami
  • Named "National Recruiter of the Year" in 2004 and 2011
